WIFI & Networking
We install and support wired and wireless networks using the latest available technologies, including Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 systems. Our networks are designed to provide reliable coverage across homes, boathouses, and other outbuildings, using access points, directional bridges, or buried cabling when necessary. Systems can be configured for single buildings or extended to multiple structures on the property, allowing for seamless roaming and consistent connectivity throughout. Network components are selected based on coverage needs, interference, and environmental factors.
Audio Systems
We design and install audio systems ranging from basic TV surround sound setups to advanced whole-home and multi-building audio distribution. Systems can include in-ceiling, in-wall, or outdoor speakers and can be centrally controlled using wall panels, remotes, or mobile apps. Systems can be designed for both voice and data coverage, including support for 5G where available.
Cameras
We install camera systems for residential and lake house properties, ranging from basic recording setups to advanced systems with AI-powered analytics. Cameras can monitor entry points, driveways, docks, boathouses, and interior spaces, with options for live view, motion alerts, and remote access via smartphone or computer. Systems can include features such as person, vehicle, or package detection, as well as police or dispatch integration where supported. We offer both local-storage and cloud-based solutions, with equipment selected based on coverage area, lighting conditions, and desired retention periods.
Access Control
We provide access control systems for homes, gates, and detached buildings, allowing secure entry using keypads, remotes, mobile apps, or smart cards. Systems can be installed on main house doors, boathouse entries, garages, or private gates, with options for individual access codes, schedules, and entry logs. We support both standalone and networked access systems, including integration with smart home platforms and camera systems. Gate access can include cellular-based controllers, intercoms, and license plate recognition where needed. Solutions are customized based on security level, usage patterns, and site layout.
Structured Cabling
We install structured cabling systems using coaxial, Cat6, Cat7, and fiber optic cables to support reliable networking, audio/video distribution, and communication systems. Cabling can be run between buildings, to access points, media equipment, security devices, and network infrastructure. All cables are terminated, labeled, and tested for performance.
